MDV by Mariel de Viaje products have a full satisfaction guarantee. If the merchandise received does not meet your expectations and needs, you can request a replacement or a refund with a gift certificate, within a period not exceeding 5 (five) calendar days after receiving it. This applies, as long as the product has not been altered by the consumer.

In the event that the product or packaging arrives damaged, contact us immediately to make a replacement.


The requirements to make the return valid are:

1. The product has not been used.
2. The product contains all its labels.
3. The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same conditions.

For the above, write an email to info@marieldeviaje.com or call 55 8566 0004 requesting the return and a brief explanation of the reason why you want to make the return.

In the event that the return is for a reason unrelated to MDV by Mariel de Viaje, the freight and insurance costs will be borne by the customer. Only in the event that the product has arrived in poor condition, the collection and shipping will be at our expense.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

1. If the product was marked with a discount.
2. If the product was opened or used.
3. If the packaging or labels are not original or have been altered.
4. If the product is dirty or presents any form of abuse caused by the customer.

MDV by Mariel de Viaje undertakes to address the claim within a period not exceeding 20 calendar days from the date on which the claim is made in writing. MDV by Mariel de Viaje may reject the claim if it is untimely or when the product is in the conditions mentioned above or proper to its nature or destination or if it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration for reasons attributable to the consumer.
