This applies, as long as the product has not been altered by the consumer.

In the event that the product or packaging arrives damaged, contact us immediately to process a replacement.

These are the requirements to make the return valid:

1. The product has not been used.
2. The product contains all its labels.
3. The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same conditions.

You must send an email to or call 55 5513606986 requesting the return and adding a brief explanation of the reason why you want to return your purchase.

In the event that the return is for a reason unrelated to MDV by Mariel de Viaje, the freight and insurance costs will be borne by the customer. Only in the event that the product has arrived in poor condition, the collection and shipping will be at our expense.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

1. If the product was marked with a discount.
2. If the product was opened or used.
3. If the packaging or labels are not original or have been altered.
4. If the product is dirty or presents any form of abuse caused by the customer.

MDV by Mariel de Viaje undertakes to address your claim within a period not exceeding 20 calendar days from the date on which the claim was made in writing. MDV by Mariel de Viaje may reject the claim if it is untimely or when the product is in the conditions mentioned above or proper to its nature or destination or if it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration for reasons attributable to the consumer.

For purchases over $500 pesos, shipping within Mexico is on us.
